DAY BEFORE WEDDING EVENTS (FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6th, 2017)
On Friday evening at 6:00pm, a rehearsal dinner will be held for immediate family. Invited guests should have the email invitation "Mary & Russell's Rehearsal Dinner".
Late Friday evening at about 9:30pm, after the rehearsal dinner, those interested can join the future Bride & Groom for cocktails at Brickhouse Tavern (brickhousetavern.com) located at 209 Delburg St, Davidson, NC 28036.
WEDDING DAY DETAILS (SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7th, 2017 at 5:00pm)
On Saturday, the wedding ceremony and reception will be in the beautiful backyard of the Miller home. All guests should have the email invitation "Mary & Russell's Wedding". Please wear backyard cocktail attire (slacks and dresses) with shoes comfortable for standing on GRASS and walking on gravel. After we're done dancing the night away, we welcome any interested guests to hang out for a nightcap by the fire pit at the Miller home.

To keep the road and the front yard clear, please drive or get dropped off at the parking lot nearby (address below). From there we will provide a valet to the Miller Home. Parking will be VERY limited, we recommend using a car service such as Uber or Lyft. There is no sidewalk so please do not walk between the Miller Home and parking.
We will provide shuttle service for guests staying at the Davidson Village Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites.

WANT TO KNOW HOW WE MET?
We met in New York City. The infamous Rob West brought us together hoping that we would be a great match. Russell saw a few of my dance moves during our first encounter and, unbeknownst to me, left deeply infatuated.
It took us a few weeks to set up our first date. Russell says he was 'busy'. I say he was trying to play it cool. When he finally offered a free day to hang out I had big plans already scheduled. I said to him, "Fine. We can hang out, but I'm not changing my plans for you. I'm making cookies and if you want to come over, fine!"
After some time in NYC, we heart brokenly parted ways while Russell stayed in NY to grow his company and I took a work sabbatical, slowly making my way to sunny California.
Russell isn't known for his speed. I made it clear to him that we were going to reconnect, he just needed time to realize it. Last summer he did! We talked one day, Russell bought a flight the next, and a week later he was visiting me in Cali.
Three short months later Russell really knew...he's not letting me go twice. As soon as he arrived at Burbank airport he got down on one knee while Southwest employees spontaneously played love songs over the intercom.

For those flying in, the nearest airport is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

For transportation to/from your accommodation please hire a car service or rent a car. Uber car service estimates a ride one way between CLT Airport and Downtown Davidson is about $35. Taxi service is available at CLT airport as well.
